Pressureless Sintered Silicon Carbide (LY201 (SSiC) is a high-density SIC ceramic product made from high-performance sub-micron SIC powder through pressureless sintering. It does not contain free silicon and has small grains. It has high temperature resistance, high strength, high hardness, high corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation and other excellent properties. It is the preferred material for manufacturing of mechanical seal rings, sandblasting nozzles, bulletproof armor component, magnetic pump sealing component and canned pump sealing component, especially suitable for strong acids, strong alkalis and other corrosive applications.
