Pressureless Graphite Silicon Carbide (LY202(SSiC+G))
Pressureless Graphite Silicon Carbide (LY202(SSiC+G)) is made by adding fine graphite particles to pressureless sintering SIC in a vacuum sintering furnace at 2100℃. The material not only has excellent properties such as strong corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high electrical conductivity and high temperature stability of pressureless sintered silicon carbide, but also has self-lubrication and dry friction resistance due to the existence of graphite particles. It is especially suitable for use under conditions of strong corrosion, high load, instantaneous dry friction and long-term semi-dry friction, where one typical product is sliding bearing. It is widely used in the fields of new energy, chemical industry, shipbuilding, scientific research, defense and military technology and so on.
