QUALITY CONTROL & METROLOGY

We have world-class metrology equipment to assure the part is “in spec”. Our QC equipment includes: contact and non-contact profilometers, CMM’s that precisely document dimensions and profiles of complex parts, interferometers to measure flatness and non-contact visual measuring systems.  It is required to hold and measure tolerances down to millionths. We offer total traceability. We maintain raw material identification and traceability throughout the entire machining process. Upon request, parts can be laser-scribed to ensure traceability is maintained through the entire production process.
“Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.” – William A. Foster
